Guess who's back back back, back again gain gain. Ally's back back back, tell a friend (just channeled my inner Shady there). Hey ya'll. Did ya miss me? Who's happy I am back? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller..? I sure do hope you all had a fantastic holiday weekend with friends, family, etc. Thanksgiving might be over but I am sure we all have enough leftovers to last us until next year. Christmas is right around the corner as well people, so don't be too upset. ALSO there is no need to be upset because finals are just a week away, which also means winter break is just a week away as well. Can I get an amen?

QUICK RUN DOWN. The first Portillos hotdog stand, also known as "The Dog House", was started in 1963 by Mr. Dick Portillo. The brand includes five concept branch's: Portillo's Hot Dogs, Barnelli's Pasta Bowl, Honey-Jam Café, Luigi's House and Julian's Piano Bar. "Portillo's won so many Silver Platter awards (the "Oscars" of the food industry) that the company retired from competition for 5 years to give others a chance". This is a direct quote from their website and I think it really says it all. This food really is that good. Unfortunately for us here in the West, you can only find two locations on our side of the states; one location in California and one in Arizona. Whenever you walk in to one of the restaurant locations, the decor makes you feel as if you stepped back into time where gangsters ruled the streets of Chicago. What you're going to find here is hot dogs (obviously and with no ketchup on them), crinkle cut fries, Italian beefs, chocolate cake shakes, baked spaghetti, chopped salads and more deliciousness. I have to stop because my mouth is watering all over my keyboard. A typical meal for me when I get the chance to dine with the Gods consists of a chopped salad which includes lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, blue cheese crumble, bacon, noodles, house dressing, and love. The whole thing is cut or chopped (see what I did there?) into bit sized pieces. Along with this you'll find their famous fries with a side of cheese, baked spaghetti, and a side of bread (as seen below).
Elliphant, or Ellinor Olovsdotter as her parents call her, was born October 8th, 1985 in Stockholm, Sweden. After a little help from Tim Deneve (one of the members of Jungle), Ellinor began her musical journey into the world of electronica, syntho-pop, new rave music. Her debut single Tekkno Scene was released in 2012 and was featured on FIFA 13. Later that year, Pitchfork YouTube channel featured her single Down on Life and received over 1 million views. Her self titled EP released in January of this year and her debut album, A Good Idea, released in October. This song, recorded with MØ, is an awesome representation of who this girl is. She has a powerhouse voice that can go all over the place. Honestly the first time you listen to One More, you're going to be confused. It combines so many different styles of music that you won't be sure if you want to scream to it or lay your baby down to take a nap to it. Either way, I like it and hope you like it enough to share with friends. Enjoy.
